I have a problem with my Eyes that needs advice or further examination?
We are able to offer Emergency and Essential Eyecare appointments to all our patients and have extended this to all other Patients from other Optical Practices. Please contact us on 01732 841403 or email us on [email protected] where our team will be happy to discuss any queries you may have.
I need to replace my broken glasses or need to get them repaired?
Please remember we have our onsite lab and, on occasions, are able to offer spectacles on the same day. Please contact us on the details above and we will be happy to assist you with your query.
What about my monthly Contact Lens Scheme?
We plan to ensure that all our monthly Contact Lenses patients are supplied with their normal contact lenses supplies. We are happy to arrange for them to be directly posted to your home address so that you can continue to abide with government’s social distancing guidelines.
I have Spectacles on Order
Thankfully our labs are still able to manufacture Spectacle Lenses to the same high quality but COVID-19 has slowed down their ability to deliver Spectacle Lenses as efficiently. We are working very closely with all the labs and endeavour to arrange delivery of your spectacles as soon as possible. Thank you for bearing with us.
